2025 Chevy Tahoe And Suburban Upgrades Come At A Hefty Price
The 2025 Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe were revealed last year, with a facelift bringing greater style, a classier cabin with additional luxuries, and a more powerful turbodiesel engine. While the improvements are welcome, we expected them to come with a price increase. GM Authority has obtained early pricing for both full-size SUVs, giving us an idea of what customers will pay for the revised duo.
Six trim levels will be offered, with prices kicking off at $58,500 and $61,500 for the base Tahoe LS and Suburban LS, respectively. In both cases, the trim is now $2,300 more expensive than before. Price increases have been applied across the range, except for the LT, which carries over the same 2024 MSRP. In this case, customers can expect to pay $61,700 for the Tahoe LT and $64,700 for the Suburban LT.
Substantial Pricing Increases Across The Board
Upgrading to the rugged Z71 pushes the price up considerably. The Tahoe Z71 carries a $68,500 sticker price whereas the Suburban retails for $71,500. This represents an increase of $2,200 over last year’s model. The sportier RST trim is also $2,200 more expensive than MY2024, resulting in a base price of $66,500 (Tahoe RST) and $69,500 (Suburban RST).

Those who prefer their full-size SUVs to be more luxurious must be prepared to fork out luxury car money. The Premier sees a hefty $3,500 price hike, which sees the base MSRP of the Tahoe Premier and Suburban Premier shoot up to $73,100 and $76,100. Sitting at the top of the tree is the High Country. The top-spec Tahoe and Suburban now retail for $76,700 and $79,700.

- LT: no change in pricing
- Z71: +$2,200

Plenty Of Updates To Enjoy In Tahoe And Suburban
As a reminder, the LS, LT, RST, Z71, and Premier are powered by the 5.3-liter V8 as standard. The High Country is the only trim that receives the 420-horsepower 6.2-liter V8. The diesel (which is no longer offered on the refreshed Escalade) is now available on the Z71 trim. All variants also benefit from a standard 17.7-inch infotainment screen and an 11-inch digital instrument cluster, among other things.
