Modified Aston Martin DB6 Will Sell For Big Bucks At Auction

Despite its advanced age, the DB6 boasts some of the appurtenances we’ve come to expect from modern-day vehicles. That includes power-operated windows, a radio, and front shoulder belts. As a UK-supplied car, the steering wheel is on the right, so American buyers may want to get used to driving on the wrong side of the vehicle.

At the time of writing, the highest bid for the DB6 Vantage stood at $120,000. But with nine days to go, we expect the price to soar ahead of the auction’s conclusion. These beauties don’t appear for sale often, but pristine examples sell for over $300,000. Whether that happens here remains to be seen; this model has a recorded 78,000 miles on the clock, which is quite a lot for a car of this ilk.

If, for some reason, you want an eco-friendly version, Lunaz offers an electric drivetrain restomod for the DB6 Vantage.
